El Sacromonte,
Av Pedro Moreno 1398 (at Colonias)
The food here is traditional Mexican served a little more artfully for a more well off clientele. Subdued old-style violin centered mariachis play here in the early afternoon. $10 a person
El Parián,
In the centre of Tlaquepaque, not one restaurant but several surrounding a square with a bandstand. A nice place to sit and have a drink or enjoy a meal. It has numerous mariachis who will play for you for a fee and also public performances from 9.30 at night. About $20 a person

Mexico City

Cafe del Bosque
With its location overlooking a lake with one of the best views of Chapultepec Forest, its proximity to the business district and excellent menu of international and Mexican dishes it’s not surprising that this is always a popular restaurant with business people. Particularly busy for the morning breakfast and weekend buffet be sure to book for an outside table with a view of the lake.Price: $18/person.
Los Naranjos
Los Naranjos offers upmarket, nouvelle Mexican cuisine in comfortable and beautifully decorated surroundings. Its location in the Polanco district coupled with the creative take on traditional Mexican cuisine has ensured its popularity. Signature dishes include tequila-marinated shrimps with ancho chilli and prickly pear, chicken rolls with curd cheese, and fried plantain with a red mole sauce, and, for dessert, guava stuffed with guanabana mousse.Price: $15/person.

San Luis Potosi

Restaurant Orizatlán
This colorful restaurant specializes in the traditional Huastecan cooking of eastern San Luis Potosí. If you are hungry, try the parrillada a la Huasteca for two. A large sampling of typical dishes, it includes portions of the zacahuil, Mexico's largest tamal. The waiters will keep the Huastecan enchiladas coming until you beg them to stop. Less ambitious eaters can order a la carte. After dinner, the restaurant serves complimentary home-style cordials made from several fruits, and puts on a mini Huastecan fandango, with music and dance.

La Corriente Restaurant Bar
The menu has several Mexican dishes, using mostly beef. I liked the chamorro pibil (pork cooked in a Huastecan mole), the puntas al chipotle (beef in a spicy chipotle sauce), and the costillitas en chile ancho (pork ribs in chile ancho sauce). It also offers a large selection of blended fruit and vegetable drinks with surprising combinations.

Hidalgo

Casino Espanol

Located in an old mansion where great parties were once held and casino games were once played, this 95-year-old restaurant still has an air of magnificence thanks to the beauty of its architecture. Special events are still celebrated in elegant European-style halls and the restaurant continues to offer a delicious menu of traditional Spanish cuisine. In the true culinary tradition of that country, huge dishes come one after another; appetisers, followed by soup, two main dishes and a toothsome dessert to finish it off. $15-$25

Blossom

Blossom is great for special occasions: the tempting menus are perfect for celebrating important events. Private dining rooms are elegantly decorated with wide, welcoming tables. These have rotating lazy susans, which allow you to taste different dishes. The Peking Duck and Soong Chicken are some of the chef's recommendations. They are served with generous rice portions. Formal attire is advised. $25-$30

For everyone to eat at all restraunts and the mollette it will be around 800 to 900 dollars

Recipe for a meal-
